FM PT 38 - PMR (including harmonised DMO Channels) |

At the next meeting of PT FM38 in Stockholm (8-9 September 2010), PT FM38 will consider inter-alia the following issues:
- Public Protection and Disaster Relief frequency requirements (noting the decision of the ECC in June 2010 to not revise ECC/DEC/(08)05 for the time being).
- PT FM38 has been tasked to start the work on a new ECC Decision on Citizens' Band Radio (CB).
- GSM-R.
Terms of Reference for FM PT 38 (updated February 2009)
The Project Team will:
- collect information on the existing and planned spectrum usage for PMR/PAMR and follow the developments of PMR/PAMR, including Public Protection (PP) and Disaster Relief (DR);
- develop and review ECC Decisions, Recommendations, Reports and other deliverables on PMR/PAMR, Public Protection, Disaster Relief and cross-border coordination issues based on the requests from WGFM;
- liaise with SE7, SE41 and ETSI as appropriate;
- report at the WG FM meetings.
