 INVITATION TO FM22#34 MEETING

ECO has the pleasure of inviting you on behalf of the PT FM22 chairman, Ralf Trautmann, to attend the FM22#34 meeting.

The meeting will be held at

The meeting is scheduled to start on 12th October 2010 at 09.30 h and expected to finish on the 15th October 2010 at 12.00 h at latest.

Practical arrangements:
Participants are required to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Information on how to reach ECO and list of recommended hotels is available on the ECO website under "General information". The refreshments/lunch will be provided by ECO. Participants may use WiFi network on ECO premises.

Latest news

  1. The project team FM 22 recently presented the outcome of their work on the revision making of Recommendation ERC 54-01:Method of measuring the maximum frequency deviation of FM broadcast emissions in the band 87.5 MHz to 108 MHz at monitoring stations;on the off-air measurement of deviation and multiplex power of FM broadcast emissions to the WGFM where it was adopted for public consultation.
  2. It is further intended to revise the corresponding ITU-R Recommendation SM.1268 accordingly, noting that substantial progress was made in the development of a Recommendation on block edge mask compliance measurements. It is expected that a Draft New Recommendation on block edge mask compliance measurements will be presented to the WG FM meeting in January 2011.
  3. FM 22 also agreed to help SRD MG by conducting further monitoring of the 863-870 MHz frequency band with the aim to finalise within 2 years.
