Framework
The framework for the work of the ECC and its subordinate
entities is defined by the following:
- Mission statement which sets out the primary objectives of the
ECC
- Strategic plan which defines the approach to work now and
in future
- Terms of Reference (ToR)
- Rules of Procedure (RoP)
- ECC Working Methods (which apply to the ECC and its
sub-ordinate entities)
