WGRA is closed down by the ECC

The 29th and 30th ECC meetings (held 20-24 June 2011 in Split, Croatia, and 6-9 December 2011 in Kazan, Russian Federation, respectively) decided to close down WG RA, the parent group for RA GSMOBV, and to redistribute its tasks.
