The Correspondence Group RA "Impact Assessment" shall:

1. Identify the issues to be taken into account into impact assessment based on national and/or ECC study cases;
2. Develop draft guidance on the development and use of Impact Assessment, in particular of proposed harmonising measure;
3. To carry out an example impact assessment using the information provided by the WGFM and by WGSE on the flexible bands issues;
4. Report to WGRA on each of the above-mentioned tasks;
5. Liaise with WGFM and WGSE;
6. Work by correspondence as much as possible.
