An extra-ordinary meeting of ECC PT1 (XO ECC PT1) was held on 28 November 2011 in Maisons Alfort, France, to further address the two unpaired frequency bands 1900-1920 MHz and 2010-2025 MHz.

ECC PT1 reviewed various possible usage scenarios for these frequency bands and agreed a complementary information paper on the 2 GHz unpaired bands to the ECC (doc ECC(11)063rev1 Annex 07).
