See the press release in relation to the approval of the new ECC Decision (13)01 on ESOMPs
Related to Ka-Band FSS usage, the two amended ECC Decisions (05)01 (use by the Fixed Serivce and Fixed Satellite Service) and (05)08 (High Density FSS) were also approved by ECC for publication at the meeting on 4-8 March 2013.

The major highlight of the meeting were the documents from the recent Public Consultation and it agreed to request WGFM to approve four of these, i.e. New Decision and Report on ESOMPs and Revision Ka-band Decisions (05)01 and (05)08. Regarding New Report on Pseudolites, a goto meeting is going to be held in January to resolve comments received during the PC.
