The ECC's Working Group Numbering and Networks (WG NaN) is responsible for developing policies in numbering, naming and addressing and advising on technical regulatory matters to promote and support telecom innovation and competition.

At its 6th meeting in Budapest Hungary (17-18 April 2013), the WG NaN decided to create a new Project Team Emergency Services (PT ES). WG NaN would now like to invite applications from prospective candidates of the position of chairman.

Project Team Technical Regulatory Issues (PT TRIS) of ECC/WG NaN yesterday ran a workshop at the Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) Council Conference at the Excel Arena in London.

The WG NaN approved three new draft reports for public consultation at its meeting in Stockholm 20-22 November 2012. Submissions and comments on the reports are now invited from administrations and other interested parties. The deadline for submissions is Monday 18 February.
