Since we use the Seamcat in our Wireless Communication Center
(WCC) at University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) and most of the time my
student ask what we need to do at first so I had uploaded the needed
document for them or any one need to use Seamcat
The Zip File Contain

7. Seamcat release Seamcat 3.2.2 (Please check the latest from the main Seamcat
website)

Sharing Studies
As mentioned in Seamcat handbook all ECC studies are listed in the Link below

And I recommend my students or any one who wish to study the sharing between
broadcasting and mobile it to review this study

Since most of the studies is regarding the LTE-Advance and LTE I had put the

For
LTE parameters u will need
TS 36.101 for UE
TS 36.104 for BS
and for sharing scenario you need
TR 36.942 (RF scenario)
Please remember that if your simulating LTE use the release 8 or 9 (Release 9
is an enhancement for LTE)
And if you want to simulate LTE-Advanced use release 10
